• Step 4: We'll ship the phones to your offices. We can also deliver and install them for you.
• Step 5: We will train key personnel on functionality like parking, transferring voicemail, and more. Once your staff is trained, we set up temporary phone numbers for optional call forwarding so you can start using the phone right away. During this step, we will start the porting process and move your existing numbers to our platform.
• Step 6: We will confirm that your phone numbers have been moved to our platform from your existing provider. You can now cancel your old service and enjoy all the benefits of our hosted voice service.
